That’s a Good Question!

The holidays are approaching and it’s really hard to stick to my diet restrictions with all the family visits and parties. Do you have any suggestions on how to get through the holidays in regards to diet?

The main thing to watch out for is wheat, sugar and alcohol. These three are particularly harmful to those with AFS. So always feed yourself full before you go out to eat. Fill your plate with lots of greens and proteins first. Talk more than you eat, so your plate is always full. Take Chromaster three times a day may help to stabilize your blood sugar and avoid cravings between meals.
