That’s a Good Question!

I've been suffering from Adrenal Fatigue and I'm in the wired and tired stage and crashed. I'm not gaining weight, and I'm on overdrive. I'm supposed to have a colonoscopy done. Would you recommend me doing that?

In general I find people with advanced Adrenal Fatigue don’t do well with tests to start as the stress of the test can trigger adrenal crash. Talk to your doctor more about your concern so he or she is on the alert.
