This website is dedicated to the advancement of Anti-aging medicine. For my physician colleagues and health professionals, welcome to this exploding filed of medicine that were not taught to us in medical schools. For my patients and friends, welcome to an oasis of knowledge and truth in medicine that I hope you will add years to your life.

The best prescription in Anti-aging medicine is knowledge, and that is what this site is all about.  There are 12 different ways to learn from this site.

If this is your first visit, I would suggest you to continue as follows:

1.  Takes 2 minutes to read  What is Aging? . Most people are not aware that aging is simply a disease that we can do something about. Aging is not inevitable. Find out why.

2.  Read My Anti-aging Protocol. It outlines in detail 10 things you should do, starting today, to begin feeling younger and live longer. Follow through with the links that are of interest to you. If you read all the links, it is actually a book of over 700 pages.
