I don't have any questions, I just wanted to thank you for bringing life back to me.

I was so sick and now I am feeling as good as I did twenty years ago! It has been a long battle: no energy, aches and pains going from one Dr. to the next. They told me it was anything from arthritis to depression; they had me on steroids for three years... All behind me now!

I just don't know how to thank you. I think it would be wonderful if you could just be everywhere with your caring heart. Information and the real reason behind all of the bad, sick days that so many of us have had.

Sincerely, Jessica...@telusplanet.net

Diet Affects Sperm

Sperm quality may be affected by your diet. Men who eat lots of meat and dairy have poorer sperm than men who eat more vegetables and fruits.

Researchers studied 61 Spanish men. The 30 men who had ate more processed meats and high fat dairies had lower sperm counts than the other people with normal sperm counts. Men with better quality sperm consumed more vegetables, fruits, and skim-milk. Researchers believe that a well-balanced diet is vital to fertility.

The antioxidants found in vegetables and fruits are thought to protect sperm from damage. Another theory is that meat and fatty foods contain xenobiotics, steroids and other chemicals that have estrogenic effects. Examples of these are pesticides and PCBs. These chemicals can contaminate the water supply the livestock drink and thus enter the meat. Animals and poultry are also given hormones and antibiotics when grown.
