I don't have any questions, I just wanted to thank you for bringing life back to me.
I was so sick and now I am feeling as good as I did twenty years ago! It has been a long battle: no energy, aches and pains going from one
Dr. to the next. They told me it was anything from arthritis to depression; they had me on steroids for three years... All behind me now!
I just don't know how to thank you. I think it would be wonderful if you could just be everywhere with your caring heart. Information and the
real reason behind all of the bad, sick days that so many of us have had.
Sincerely, Jessica...@telusplanet.net

Ever had a pounding headache after missing your daily cup of coffee? Caffeine withdrawal is usually distinguished by weariness, headache, feeling less alert or energetic and undergoing lack of focus. Stacey Sigmon and colleagues from John Hopkins School of Medicine examined deeper into biological mechanisms of caffeine withdrawal by experimenting with administration of real caffeine and placebo capsules. Results showed that classic caffeine withdrawal symptoms of headache and lethargy might have come from abrupt changes in cerebral blood flow velocity when daily caffeine intake was stopped. However, researchers also discovered that long-term caffeine administration had no clear benefits at all. They found that there was no difference between the people who took chronic placebo and those who were on chronic caffeine administration. This shows that daily intake of caffeine does not generate any useful results. Source: HealthDay News; May 2009
