Better Sleep Quality Equals Better Grades

Higher grades, especially in math, might be linked to better quality and efficient amounts of asleep.

56 teenagers who grumbled about daytime sleepiness or having inadequate sleep at night were in a study. This study found a link between better math scores and greater sleep efficiency and sleep quality. Sleep efficiency means that less time is taken to fall into deep sleep, fewer awakenings at night, and less time lying in bed. Higher English scores also correlated with fewer nighttime awakenings.

Therefore, better sleep habits produces overall better academic performance.
