I don't have any questions, I just wanted to thank you for bringing life back to me.

I was so sick and now I am feeling as good as I did twenty years ago! It has been a long battle: no energy, aches and pains going from one Dr. to the next. They told me it was anything from arthritis to depression; they had me on steroids for three years... All behind me now!

I just don't know how to thank you. I think it would be wonderful if you could just be everywhere with your caring heart. Information and the real reason behind all of the bad, sick days that so many of us have had.

Beware of Mercury In Fish

The US Geological Survey found mercury present in all 1000 fish that were sampled in around 300 streams. Though all the fish had links of contamination, ¼ had mercury levels that went above what the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) declares is safe (0.33ppm) for those consuming an average of 2 fish meals a week.

The mercury consumed from eating fish can potentially wound the nervous system and create learning disabilities in young children or developing fetuses. The buildup of metal in the blood stream also generates reproductive problems in women.

Most of the mercury comes from the emissions of coal-fired power plants. The mercury in the smoke travels and rains down into the rivers, where it is changed into methylmercury, a compound that allows the pollutant to go through the food chain and into the fish.
