I don't have any questions, I just wanted to thank you for bringing life back to me.
I was so sick and now I am feeling as good as I did twenty years ago! It has been a long battle: no energy, aches and pains going from one
Dr. to the next. They told me it was anything from arthritis to depression; they had me on steroids for three years... All behind me now!
I just don't know how to thank you. I think it would be wonderful if you could just be everywhere with your caring heart. Information and the
real reason behind all of the bad, sick days that so many of us have had.
Sincerely, Jessica...@telusplanet.net

Harvard Medical School (HMS) advises public that calcium, potassium, plant sterols and stenols are constructive in lowering cholesterol and blood pressure. However, they also warn about the element's questionable negative effects on arteries and blood pressure. This study says that stopping saturated fat and trans fat intake is a good tactic in fighting high LDL cholesterol. In addition to doing that, diet should include plant sterols or stanols, which are found in vegetables, nuts, seeds, fruits, and cereals. The study has shown that consuming 2 grams of plant sterols or stanols daily can potentially decrease your LDL cholesterol level by around 10%. For those who have high cholesterol, try eating plant sterols and stanols to control it.
Potassium has the ability to induce the kidney to excrete sodium and thus lower blood pressure. The study shows that only 1% of women and 10% of men receive their recommended allowance of 4.7grams a day of potassium. Some good sources of Potassium are oranges, sweet potatoes, baked potatoes with skin, tomatoes, winter squash, lima beans, spinach, and bananas.
Calcium also helps prevent high blood pressure. Calcium is in cheese, milk, yogurt, salmon, tofu, broccoli, and legumes. While taking these core foods, it is also important to take healthy unsaturated fats, vegetables, fruits, and healthy proteins like beans, nuts, fish, and poultry. In addition to taking in Potassium and Calcium, one must be sure to stay away from salt. Though Americans only need 1,000 mg of sodium a day, most get 15 times that amount.
