I don't have any questions, I just wanted to thank you for bringing life back to me.
I was so sick and now I am feeling as good as I did twenty years ago! It has been a long battle: no energy, aches and pains going from one
Dr. to the next. They told me it was anything from arthritis to depression; they had me on steroids for three years... All behind me now!
I just don't know how to thank you. I think it would be wonderful if you could just be everywhere with your caring heart. Information and the
real reason behind all of the bad, sick days that so many of us have had.
Sincerely, Jessica...@telusplanet.net

A new study now shows that low-calorie sweetened beverages do not lead to overeating due to compensation for lower calorie load. The amount of food consumed at lunch or dinner did not increase after eating low-calorie appetizers sweetened with aspartame or stevia, compared to sucrose-sweetened pre-load.
19 lean people and 12 obese people aged 18-50 were required to finish three different food test days during which they received either low-calorie pre-loads (stevia or aspartame) or a sucrose pre-load before lunch and dinner. The stevia and aspartame pre-loads provided 290 kcal, while the sucrose pre-load was 493 kcal. Results showed no compensation in food intakes after the sweetener preloads compared to sucrose preload. There were also no significant differences for hunger and satiety levels. Stevia was found to assist in glucose regulation also.
The main point is that eating lower calorie preloads of stevia or aspartame did not lead to eating more in other meals compared to when eating higher calorie preloads of sucrose.
