- Avoid any foods that are from animal or animal-based foods.
- Increase your fiber intake.
- Drink 10-12 glasses of water per day if you suffer from gall stones. This will aid with the flushing.
- Do not avoid all fats unless you are in attack or close to attack mode. Fat-free and low-fat diets, as well as too much of the wrong fats can be a cause for gallbladder problems.
- Fresh vegetable juice with beet, cucumber and green vegetables (tender baby greens, dandelion, swiss chard, beet greens, celery and carrots. Avoid the cabbage family)
- Avoid high fats (saturated and transfats) and high sugar food.
- Use organic products
- Do not overeat
- Do not eat under stress
- Eat only fresh food - no processed or packaged food
- Use as much organic as possible
