Vitamin C Helps Memory

My Views

A study lasting more than 20 years shows that high levels of vitamin C in the blood is linked to better memory. The research involved a total of 442 participants from both sexes and aged 65-94 in 1993. Antioxidant levels were tested in 1971 and again in 1993. Participants also went through memory related tests in 1993. Results showed that higher vitamin C and beta carotene levels were linked to better marks on vocabulary, recognition, and free recall tests.
