My Views

Even though big bellies are very normal in today’s society, the new study has shown that this new big belly increases your chances of premature death. If you are built like an apple, with more weight at the top of your body, you have a higher risk compared to pear-like bodies whose weight is more at the bottom part of the body. These body types do not include pregnant women. Belly fat, known as visceral fat, can inflame your upper body, especially your heart arteries, which can lead to heart attacks. Therefore, if your waist is bigger than your hips, beware!
