My Views

Long comment: Water-soluble vitamins dissolve in water. As the body is 70% water, these vitamins are very soluble in the body. However, fat-soluble vitamins dissolve in lipids. While water-soluble vitamins like Vitamin C are flushed out of the body very easily, lipid-soluble vitamins stay in the body as they are absorbed into the fat cells. It is very hard to be poisoned from taking too much Vitamin C because it is easily excreted out of the body through urine. Remember to take your vitamins as your physician has instructed you to.
