Long comment: Even though Soy has been advertised to be healthy and good for health, it has been shown that soy could actually be very harmful to the body. Soy is found in more and more food products even though it is one of the foods that a lot of people are allergic to. It is also harmful to the thyroid. Consuming more than 4 tablespoons of soy a day can already disrupt the body's thyroid function, leading to hypothyroidism. It increases the body's need for Vitamin B. Soy can also block the absorption of key ions that the body needs. Finally, soy is very estrogenic. Giving children soy products is like giving babies 5 birth control pills a day. The only good types of soy are those that are fermented, like the Japanese Natto, miso, or Tempeh. Unlike the myth, Asians do not live longer because they eat more soy. Many soy products are GMO's that could also contribute to more harmful effects in the body.
