Yogurt Is Not A Good Source Of Probiotic

My Views

Long comment: It is a myth to say that yogurt has a high potency in probiotic. The International Probiotic Association defines high potency probiotic as a compound that delivers at least 10 billion probiotics to the system. Yogurts, even the probiotic ones, have a hard time mustering up a few million. Even the probiotics that go through the system might not survive. Changing the microorganism complex in yogurt makes it worse as a probiotic deliverer. The sugar in yogurt does not help either. You could eat yogurt, but don't expect much probiotic organisms from it.
