A: Breakfast is best eaten before 9am, even if you do not feel hungry. One of the most common trigger of adrenal crashes is inconsistent and snack time. The body needs special focus on providing the proper amount of fuel throughout the day to stay calm and in homeostasis. Snack around 9:30-10:30am. Lunch 12:30-1:30pm, snack 3-4pm, Dinner 6:30-7:00pm, bedtime snack.
