    Hello. I love raw cashews, however a naturopath told me not to eat them since they tend to harbour fungus, which is not good for systemic candida. So I stopped eating them years ago. What are your thoughts on this? Thanks.

      Your naturopath is right, cashew has been found to carry many species of fungi.
      It is better to stop using cashew for systemic candidas.
