Introduction to CoQ10
Coenzyme Q10 is also known as ubiquinone, and is very similar to the vitamins which exist in the human body and can be found in almost every cell. CoQ10 is manufactured right in the body of humans and most animals, so there are very few CoQ10 side effects.

At last my medical problems seem to make sense. I should of followed
adrenal fatigue a few years ago when I first became aware of it.
Instead I went to a holistic doctor and spent a lot of money on
supplements I probably did not need. I am so pleased I found your site.
