Cucumber, Tomato, and Red Onion Salad

Salad healthy benefitsOnions from the aalium family are known to have strong anti-inflammatory, anti-cholesterol, anti-cancer and antioxidant properties.  Cucumber has many health benefits including fighting cancers, aids in weight loss and digestion, may improve cholesterol and blood pressure.

  • 3 Cucumbers Peeled and sliced
  • ½ Red Onion Chopped
  • 4 Tomatoes cubed
  • Put ingredients in bowl, toss salad so it is mixed. Then add dressing. Everything is to taste (dressing).


  • Sea Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Grapeseed Oil (to taste)
  • 2 Tbsp White Wine vinegar

NOTE: You can use other type of vinegars such as apple cider vinegar, but you may need to adjust the quantity of vinegar.
