Detoxifying Beet Soup

Detoxifying Beet SoupBeet detoxifies the liver, gallbladder, and kidneys. It is high in iron to help combats anemia.

Partial Raw version 1:

  1. Put in Vitamix:
    • 1 organic beet root, cubed
    • 1 bunch organic beet green, chopped
    • Dorine Soup Base 1 (hot – semi raw version)
    • Add ½ cup pre-soaked nuts
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1/2 tsp ginger – chopped
    • Add 2 tbsp olive oil or grape seed oil
    • Add mushroom extract seasoning to taste.
  2. Blend in low speed – do not need to be very smooth.
  3. Pour into soup bowls.
  4. Add 1 tsp of natural whole milk yogurt .

 

Cook version:

  1. Bring Dorine Soup Base 1 and cubed beet root to boil.
  2. Add in Beet Greens.
  3. Cook for 5 mins, immediately turns off fire.
  4. Put all ingredients in Vitamix.
    • Add 1 clove garlic
    • Add 1/2 tsp ginger – chopped
    • Add ½ cup pre-soaked nuts
    • Add 2 tbsp olive oil or grape seed oil
    • Add mushroom extract seasoning
  5. Blend in low speed – doesn’t need to be smooth.
  6. Pour into soup bowls.
  7. Add 1 tsp natural whole milk yogurt.

Note of Caution:

  1. For people with diabetes – use natural whole milk yogurt. Add more beet green and mixed green lettuce into the raw version.
  2. For people that has allergies or cancer – Substitute sea salt for mushroom extract seasoning. And use Dorine’s Cream instead of yogurt.
  3. For Weight Loss – don’t be afraid of the oil. The oil helps maintain the satiety and prevent you from getting hungry until the next meal.
