I feel like my pain medication is causing constipation. Are there natural ways to help me with this?

I have AF and my doctor has prescribed opiates for pain at bedtime. I feel like these are causing constipation. I don’t want to add anything too strong to my body. Are there natural ways to help me with constipation?

One of the expected side effects of opiates is constipation. You can try taking the Cleanse ‘N’ Trim Tea from www.supplementclinic.com. Also taking some magnesium may help.
