Is it possible to overdose on Vitamin B?

I have Adrenal Fatigue and am currently taking Vitamin B for energy. Is it possible to overdose on Vitamin B? How much Vitamin B would you consider to be too much for the body?

B vitamins are water soluble, so any extra that the body does not need, it will excrete through the kidney. In general, you should not have any problems, provided you have no issues with kidney or liver problems.
