A: Melatonin is an excellent antioxidant. Most people are unaware of its fantastic use. I use it routinely, not only for sleeping and circadian cycle management, but for cancer, especially breast cancer. Interestingly, melatonin’s effect is not dosage dependent. For some people, 3 mg works. For others, 3 mg does not work as well as 0.3 mg. It is very safe. Dosage range from 0.5 to 50 mg.
