Based on the response of the human body to mold exposure, this fungus can be grouped into three categories.

The first one is allergenic mold which can affect people who are sensitive to them.

Next is pathogenic mold which can cause infection in immunocompromised people or to anyone when exposed to it in high concentrations.

The third type is toxigenic mold which can have serious effects on almost anyone. These molds release mycotoxins causing mold toxicity symptoms and can worsen adrenal fatigue.

Making your own natural mold removal recipe requires a few ingredients that are readily available in your home.

Natural Mold Removal Recipe


  • 1 tbsp white vinegar (distilled)
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • 4-6 drops tea tree essential oil


  1. In a bowl, combine vinegar and baking soda with a spatula to get a thick paste.
  2. Let the mixture stand for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the essential oil and stir to combine.
  4. Your mold removal recipe is now ready to use.

Instructions to use:

  1. Apply the mold remover directly on the mold with the help of a spoon or an old toothbrush.
  2. Allow the mixture to sit on the mold for a couple of hours.
  3. Scrub the mixture and the affected area using a dry toothbrush to remove mold.
  4. It is important to remember that you might need to repeat the process a couple of times to get rid of the mold.


Make sure you use gloves, a mask, goggles, and clothing with full sleeves during the mold removal process. If the cleaning solution comes into direct contact with your skin, wash the area thoroughly with clean water to remove the mixture.
