Stress or Problems – How Your Body Reacts

Stress or problems can bring you down, so let them go!The Neuroendometabolic Stress Response Model (NEM) shows how your body’s organs and systems respond to stress. Your neuroendocrine is in charge of most of your body’s stress. It’s made up of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal hormonal axis. Your brain receives a distress signal and your neuroendocrine system converts that signal into neurotransmitters and hormones. The neurotransmitters and hormones are then sent to the organ or organs that are affected to target further action.
