However, you have to be careful in the way it is done and the quantity that you take, because too fast of a detox in advanced cases of adrenal fatigue can actually trigger adrenal crashes and backfire. While vegetable juicing is good, the way and the timing have to be modulated and supervised for optimum result. Too much juicing can also trigger adrenal crash, so more is not necessarily better.
