With summer coming, I want to be able to go do things outside with my family. Is it ok to be out in the sunshine with adrenal fatigue?

A: You can be out in the sun provided you don’t overheat. Wearing protective cover and staying in the shade may help you. Make sure you are well hydrated. Most AFS sufferers have temperature intolerance. Exposure to sunlight, even direct, should be short. Exposure between 10 am–2 pm with 50% of your body exposed is best to fortify your body with vitamin.
