I am a 26 year old female and have been diagnosed with PCOS. I have not had a period in two months. My doctor wants me to go on birth control to regulate my periods. What can I do to start my period naturally?

First you need to check and make sure all other functions are intact. Many conventional doctors recommend birth control pill to regulate quick prematurity in my view. I tend to not recommend that unless there is absolutely no choice. Most of the time, PCOS is a reaction of underlying estrogen dominance and metabolic dysregulation such as sugar imbalance. Most of the time, if a person focuses on normalizing these two areas, PCOS spontaneously does resolve by itself.
