I eat fairly healthy during the day, but in the evening I have strong sugar/salt cravings. Why is this?

Eating fairly healthy does not mean that you do not have a strong salt and sugar craving. A lot of time a sugar craving is a sign of the body’s metabolism not being well controlled. I suggest that you see your regular doctor to have your blood sugar checked out. Most of the time, people eating five or six times a day do much better.
