I was wondering what your thoughts were on the potential impact

Q: Hi Dr Lam, I was wondering what your thoughts were on the potential impact of persistent time in front of a screen, computer or TV, and the implications, if any, on adrenal fatigue recovery? I work in IT so am unable to avoid screen time throughout the day, and have a tendency to also watch TV in the evenings due to being housebound with chronic illness. I feel that interactions with a TV ‘feed’ some of the symptoms of AF, like brain fog and a racing mind, and no doubt there is some scientific reason why one can feel ‘absorbed’ by a screen.

A: It is not unusual for people with adrenal weakness to report what you are reporting. We do know of the Electromagnetic radiation from the screens. This can alter the electronic flow to the cells and cause symptoms as what you have reported.
