Goals
1) Keep your body weight at Ideal body weight.
2) Drink at least 8 glasses of filtered water a day

4) Take organic produce, free range beef or chicken, organic eggs

Organic Vegetables - green leafy High fiber, minerals, antioxidants
Organic Legumes Soluble fiber, High protein
Organic Nuts high fiber
Cold Deep water fish High in Omega 3 Fatty Acid
Olive Oil, Macademia Oil, Flax Seed oil Monounsaturated fatty acid (lower chol)
Acceptable - take in moderation

Non organic Dairy Products Cause hormone imbalance
