Steam Onion Recipe
- Remove skin of one medium to large size onion
- Cut the onion up roughly into 1-inch cubes.
- Put in a bowl. DO NOT ADD ANY LIQUID.
- Add 2 cups of water into a pot.
- Put the bowl in the pot, cover and bring to boil.
- Turn down heat to medium.
- Steam the onion for 30 minutes.
- After done, drain the juice from the bowl and drink.
- NOTE: the liquid should be around 2 oz.
