Strawberry Green Smoothie

Strawberry Green SmoothieBoth spinach and strawberry is high in vitamin C, which is a much needed nutrients for the adrenal glands to make cortisol.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen or fresh organic strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen or fresh banana
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseeds
  • 3 cups fresh organic baby spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, oat milk, or rice milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Grind the flax seed in a grinder. Do not use flax seed meal.
  • Blend the flax seed with the other ingredients until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy!!!

    How many times a day can I drink this ?

      I always believe in moderation even if the food is very good for you. So drink once a day. You can always veried the vegetables and fruit if you want to drink more.

    Great smooth do drink all that in one setting/if not how do you save it do you freeze it

      Oxidants contained in the smoothie decay quickly with time. A 30 minute block time is tolerable. If you can drink all in one setting, its better but for some people with AFS, it can be too much, in which case you have to slow down up to a few hours and zip slowly. For these weak people that is ok as too “strong” can crash the adrenal system.
