The Future of Food

Genetically modified food (GM) is everywhere. From potato to corn to rice, there is no escape. DNA from each form of food is different. Despite our best efforts to make sure they are "safe" for consumption, it fails to be effective. Why? Because the tests we currently have are not sensitive enough to detect any long term impact on health. Bottom line - stay organic as much as possible. Don't fool around with Mother Nature.
