Exercise is important anywhere you go. One might make excuses that travelling is hard enough work, but that is not true at all. One does not have to lug weights or heavy materials for exercising, but can exercise right in the hotel room. One can do lunges, "the plank", and crunches right there in the room. It is not hard work, and also adds to getting a good night's sleep. Make sure not to snack from the mini bar because that will cancel all effects of exercising. Drink healthy smoothies and eat healthy meals.
