Try to avoid caffeine, alcohol, cigarettes and eating large meals right before going to sleep. All this disrupts sleep habits and are unhealthy for the body. It might be better to drink caffeine in the morning. It is also better to drink alcohol while eating so that there is more digestion. Even though one has a hard time sleeping, it is better not to smoke at all. Eating large meals before going to bed can increase weight gain and stomach disruption.
