Fruits and vegetables contribute to the vitamins and minerals needed for the brain. Purslane, a type of weed, is a very good source of essential fatty acids. Olive oil, coconut oil, and blubber all contributed to the saturated fats. It is more important to avoid trans-fat and polyunsaturated fat.
