Long comment: Here are some tips of getting a good night's rest. Go to Bed at the same time everyday to develop a regular sleep pattern; exercise, but not right before bedtime; try not to go to bed hungry or very full; avoid working or studying in bed; do not take caffeine or chocolate after 3pm; avoid alcohol close to bedtime; make sure to have a nice comfy mattress. Instead of trying to sleep with worries, try making a list of what you have to do the next day so that you will start it organized and not have to worry about it over sleep. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Study shows that those who eat breakfast are less likely to be overweight. Try not to use the cellphone right before going to bed because the radiation might prevent you from going into a deep sleep.
