Even though we have not met you (and hope someday we can), we feel a deep sense of connect with you and blessed that life orchestrated our coming in contact with you. It is rare to see such extreme levels of capability, intelligence coexist with such a strong sense of commitment and duty, in the same person, the way they exist in you. Of all the doctors I have ever met in my entire life (and I have met a lot!!), I have felt most touched by your concern and commitment to my well being.
 
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being who you are and for bringing hope and wellness back into my life.     The buffered vitamin c is another choice. Great! But when is a better time to take minerals or buffered vitamin c since taking with meals may reduce the absorption of necessary nutrients, amino acids etc? It seems like an AFS person needs to take supplements every three hours…..to improve absorption or increase collagen. Is this likely to be true?

    Thank you for clearing up some questions. I am not clear on something, I have read that Vitamin C assists the adrenal gland in making cortisol. However, I have read that Vitamin C reduces high cortisol. These two statements are in conflict, Vitamin C seems to be a key player but for which problem? low cortisol, high cortisol

    Is there a version of liposomal vitamin C not derived from corn, as most vitamin C on the market is? How can one get larger doses of vitamin C while avoiding corn allergens? (I currently take the Alive brand fruit based C and the Allergy Research cassava based C.)

If I consider transitioning from buffered vitamin c to liposomal what do I need to know to consider if it is the right delivery for me and which dosages since I feel better taking supplements in divided doses more than twice a day?

      you should talk to your doctor first if you have a sensitive body and have AFS because not everyone can tolerate it. If you are doing well with what you have, then you do not need to change unnecessarily unless there are other issues.
